Superior Cleaning Solutions offers the following Returns Policy:

At Superior Cleaning Solutions, LLC we have a
simple motto. Our only business is your business.
We are here to help you be successful in any way we
can. Whether you need advice with a stubborn stain,
service on your equipment, continuing education or
suggestions on a bid, we are here to help! No question
is too small and no project is too big!
We maintain a full service department to service
your equipment, no matter the brand, make or model!
We offer classes and seminars regularly to provide up to
date information and cutting-edge solutions. We
constantly strive to provide you with the newest and
most advanced cleaning solutions in the industry!
ORDERING: Orders are accepted 24 hours a day by
fax, phone or internet. A service representative is
available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (MST), Monday
through Friday. Fax and internet orders are strongly
recommended. We can only guarantee correct shipping
if we have your orders in writing.
SHIPPING: Most orders placed before 2:30 pm
(MST) will ship same day if in stock. While we strive
to keep backorders to a minimum, sometimes they do
happen. We will ship all backordered items as soon as
they are in stock. Shipments will be sent UPS ground
unless another carrier is specified or the order qualifies
for UPS hundred weight or common carrier (truck).
WARRANTIES AND RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call a
Customer Service Representative to obtain a return
authorization. For instructions, please call our office. All items returned for restocking will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT: All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier: UPS driver, truck driver, etc. Please keep the original carton as this is often necessary in order to settle claims.
PRODUCTS AND PRICING: There are many accessories, parts and chemicals we sell which are not included in this catalog. Should you need an item or part not included in this catalog, give us a call! Chances are we will have it in stock or can order it for you. Prices listed in the catalog are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
PAYMENT POLICY: Superior Cleaning Solutions, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card payments to not qualify for cash discounts. There will be a 2% convenience fee on credit card payments that cannot be electronically imprinted. We accept checks drawn on local banks only, unless you have an open account in good standing with Superior Cleaning Solutions, LLC. Returned checks will have a $35 penalty added and must be cleared with cash or money order. Open account terms are available O.A.C. with a completed, signed credit application. Please allow 4 weeks to process. Account must be paid within terms and credit limits maintained.
